James Laurence Group was founded in 1994 by James Fawcett and Nick Laurence. Prior to this the team had experience with PLC's in acquisitions, development and construction.

The group has a proven track record in residential and mixed use schemes in the greater London area and in recent years has expanded into the West Country and additionally made their first overseas investments in Dubai. The group continues to grow at a sustainable pace and has forged strong associations with major property companies as well as building a connection with leading professionals. Preference is given to sites without planning where the group's planning, development and regeneration skills are best employed.

Small works are actively pursued, largely comprising freehold dwellings in London and South East either for refurbishment for sale or to be placed into the groups expanding residential and commercial investment portfolio.
